In order to make battles more realistic and to improve the gameplay, we have decided to add a new feature for armor units to transport infantry. Below you can see several screenshots showing the new feature.

We are glad to inform you about including winter landscapes to the Sudden Strike 3: Arms for Victory addon. You will be able to enjoy winter landscape in the one of new mission, we are going to include in the free add-on. The actions of this mission occur in December 1944 in Ardennes and in this mission the player takes control over Allied forces and fights against German troops.

Today Fireglow Games presents to you a part of a free addon for Sudden Strike 3 Arms for Victory, which will be released with a map editor. Three new single-player missions and two multi-player missions will be shipped along with the addon. Two of new single-player missions form a Campaign, in which player will fight on a German side against USSR forces at summer 1942. Third is an independent single-player mission, where player will take command of an Allied forces in Ardennes at autumn 1944 and will try to stop German invasion.

We know that many of players are looking forward to releasing the editor for Sudden Strike 3 and glad to announce that they will be able to download it freely from www.suddenstrike.com this month! Currently, we are conducting closed beta-testing in order to please the Sudden Strike enthusiasts with user-friendly interface and wide set of tools.

This editor allows many of game fans to create their own single- and multiplayer missions without any restrictions. We are also going to release series of video instructions for those who are new in map-making and mission design. These instructions will be available via www.suddenstrike.com so you will be able to become familiar with the editor's features and techniques of making missions for Sudden Strike 3 step by step.
